Sara & Ohad

We do not simply make a ketubah.
We keep a love story.

Our way

What makes every work unique

Designed from scratch

No templates, no models. Every project is born after truly listening to you.

Entirely hand-painted

Pigments, inks and gold leaf applied one layer at a time, with no printing involved.

No design is ever reused

The work you bring home exists only for you. It remains yours, forever.

The journey

Eight steps, one single story

From the first conversation to delivery. A slow ritual, as was the writing of seventeenth-century Italian ketubot.

  1. 01

    First contact

You write to us. We arrange a no-commitment conversation to get to know each other.

  2. 02

    Meeting Letizia

A video call or a meeting at the atelier, to truly understand you.

  3. 03

    Your story

We gather details, memories, places and symbols that belong to you.

  4. 04

    The style

Together we choose the visual character of the work: colours, mood, references.

  5. 05

    Designing the artwork

Letizia draws the design and shows it to you. We refine it until it is truly yours.

  6. 06

    Bringing it to life

Weeks of work with pigments, inks and gold leaf. Entirely by hand.

  7. 07

    Delivery

The work arrives ready for the ceremony, protected and accompanied.

  8. 08

    A memory forever

It stays with you, like a fragment of home that speaks of who you were that day.

Portrait of Letizia in her atelier

Letizia

I am Letizia, and I paint ketubot.

I studied early painting and illumination. For years I have worked exclusively on ketubot: Jewish marriage contracts that, in the seventeenth-century Italian tradition, were true works of art.

I do not work from catalogues. Every couple arrives with a different story, and my part is to listen before I ever pick up a brush.

Couples

«A wonderful ketubah, and it was an honour that you created it for us. Even on the most uncertain days you managed to reassure us, with a calm we will not forget. Ohad and I are grateful to you with all our hearts.»

Sara & Ohad · 2025

«Thank you for everything. A beautiful ketubah: we could not have wished for anything better.»

Benedetta & Michael · 2024

Every ketubah begins with a conversation.

Write us a few lines: who you are, your wedding date, what moves you. I will reply to you personally within a few days.
